Help with a longer guest stay.

Hi. As many of us, I recently was forced by my H.O.A to cancel my subscription to Airbnb as a host. I wonder if Airbnb can help in a more discrete way to find guests that can stay much longer with us. I miss the help, security, and the quality of guests that I used to host through Airbnb. Right now I am trying to rent my studio but there are no good people out there. I wish to rent to foreign students or professionals like I did through Airbnb but I can't advertise publicly anymore. 

Any advice will be appreciated.
