Snoozing vs blocking calendar

There are quite a few listings which have permanently blocked calendars which is frustrating for searchers. As the host may not take bookings for the forseeable future they might have blocked the calendar out, not being aware of the ''snooze'' feature. Maybe Airbnb could spot this somehow and send a message when a host tried to block out the year ahead, saying ''We notice you are blocking the calendar, are you aware of the snooze feature?'' or something like that. It would make for a cleaner listing stream.

The snooze feature should be more precise. Exact time and dates for snooze would be appreciated.

Hi Sandra 🙂 If a guest add the exact dates when searching for a place to stay, only the listings available these dates will show up. If they don't add dates every listing in the area will show.
