per deim charges, not the same as "extra guest"

We have a B&B style house with several rooms.  We have double & triple rooms & we provide lots of amenities (food, toiletries, laundry, etc) that cost us a certain amount of $ each day.  I want to be able to offer the room at a reasonable rate for a single guest, but also be able to add a small amount ($5/night) to the nightly rate for each guest after the first person to cover the incremental cost.  I also want to be able to add a large fee ($50/night) for "extra guests" so that if someone makes a reservation for 2 people & shows up with 4 people, I am compensated for the inconvenience & the need to figure out what to do with them (ie: give up another room).

You can add a fee in pricing for extra guest.  My home is on a lake.  So, I am not interested in renting to two and then having 6 days users for example so I have a day fee if someone wants to bring extra people to the home which is a liablity to the home owner
