I know AIRBNB tried really hard to improve their web site. But it is so hard to find anything anymore. It is so user unfriendly. I now spend more time looking for the things I need. I feel frustrated whenever I use the website now. I have many suggestions but they would be quite involved if anyone is interested, I would be willing to put effort into these suggestions.
