I have a guest coming for Thanksgiving and accidentally cancelled her reservation, thinking it was a different one. The dates are now blocked and I am panicky and she is also (understandably) . Is there anyway I can fix this?
Finally !!! Ive been looking for 40 minutes for the AIRBNB PHONE NUMBER !!!! Its not on the website ecept thanks to you I now have it. AND my issue has now been resolved. I had cancelled a guest by mistake.
