Guys, we have nearly $10,000 of bookings at risk because it seems the AirBnB system has failed ....
I have attempted more than a dozen e-mails in respect of the following bookings, not one of which can be sent - using my i-phone, i-pad, laptop or desktop at the office - NO e-mails actually 'stick' when 'sent'. I e-mailed AirBnB three times without response.
Thinking the fault is my end I have even reloaded the AirBnB link twice onto my laptop & i-pad.
Yet somehow AirBnB can send me e-mails suggesting I am at fault & suggesting my rating will suffer if I do not respond!
I can't respond .....

Has anybody a suggestion how I can actually talk to a real person for help at AirBnB? Thanks in advance, Michael
