AirBnB reports 70% 5-star reviews but their own listings show 94% 5-star ratings

Why does my AirBnB November 2015 Host Report display “70% 5-star reviews:

When my 2 listings are shown with 94% 5-star ratings:

Listing 8090010: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/8090010

Listing 8090010 has 100% 5-star reviews

Listing 9050106: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/9050106

Listing 9050106 has 90% 5-star reviews

So how does AirBnB arrive at a giving me as a host an overall 70% 5-star reviews, from 100% and 90% amalgamated 5-star reviews on my 2 listings?

If we examine the Category 5-star ratings for my 2 listings, nowhere is a 70% 5-star rating shown at any time:

Listing 8090010: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/8090010

Listing 8090010 has 100% 5-star Category reviews

Listing 9050106: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/9050106

Listing 9050106 has 93.3% 5-star Category reviews

So how does AirBnB arrive at a giving me as a host an overall 70% 5-star reviews, from 100% and 93% 5-star Category reviews on my 2 listings?
