Airbnb Automatically Setting Custom Trip Lengths

We are currently hosting two properties that have a mandatory 30 night stay per township regulations.  This 30 night minimum is set in the "Trip Length" section.  Airbnb continues to populate the "Custom Trip Length" section with numerous random 26 night and 4 night minimums.  Many times I have had to go in and delete these shorter stays which is extremely tedious due to the number of events they are creating.  I have called Airbnb service many times (specifically 8/21, 8/27, 9/10, 9/21; and I will have to call again today 9/22).  Each of these phone calls last an hour or longer.  How do I get this to stop; or inthe alternative, how do I get @Airbnb to fix this problem.
