I am trying to get my personal assistent the right information to be able to manage my listing but AirBnB seems to be set up to discourage this. If you figure it out, let me know. I pay 10% for all correpondence, calendar updates, key exchanges and being on call to refer problems to me or a plumber etc. That's what I pay my traditional property manager.
