Airbnb customer (host) service

Hi all

 

I would like to share my case with you.

I had a problem with a reservation at the end of March and I am still waiting for Airbnb to make a decision on my case.

I have written many emails and called airbnb several times but I get the same answer everytime: someone will call you!!

Is it normal that the customer service takes so long to come back to me?

Contact @airbnbsupport on Twitter - this is a faster response than emails.  I too had an issue in December that was not "Resolved" via email until April.
