Airbnb does not recognise my location

For some reason my airbnb account, Tower Hill Farmstay (Port Fairy) is no longer receiving bookings. I have gone off the radar in the last 3 weeks. I have asked friends to look me up they can't locate me. Please help

I searched for Crossley, VIC, Australia without any other filters and it appeared on the first page on the 8th position.

Is that the right location to search with?
