Airbnb payout issue

I have not been paid by Airbnb for my last two guests.

Airbnb sent an email saying the first payment was reversed because of a " problem with our bank details" ( same bank for 15 years, fully functional). We were asked to re-enter our bank details. Did so. Still no payment. Messages back and forth about how they are trying to fix the problem.

Second payment was due this week and no info at all about that payout, except an email saying we need to set up payment method, which obviously we had already done.

No reply to my latest communication with them.

@Rosemary-and-Russell0 They had massive issues with paying Australian hosts which went from around 1st - 14th November (longer for some hosts). you are the first ones to have an issue since then so I think you should just keep ringing the Call centre until it is resolved. It may or may not be connected to that issue but it sounds like it.
