Airbnb's response to its partners

As a host, I just want to say how proud I am to be a partner in this organization. It can be very scary to allow complete strangers into a place where your family considers it their home but from the first renter and many there after I can say that concern has diminished. The personal contact with our guest and the amazing support offered by Airbnb staff really eases those fears. I am constantly telling my guests how much I enjoy working with Airbnb and they are the only company I would feel comfortable listing my home with. What you are doing with your partners in this time of crisis shows me you are more then a business partner but a concerned friend. I will continue to spread my feelings about Airbnb to not only my guests but anyone who would ever consider doing what we are doing. Thank you so much for going the extra step.
