I have a hostel type home. An airy, well-lit, ranch house that shares one bathroom and big kitchen.
Kitchen has plenty of counter and cupboard space and 3 sinks - one for each room!
I call it a "hostel" because I don't live there, but stop in daily to clean.
Is it possible to become a superhost with this set-up? Are there superhosts out there with this type of lodging?
Because rooms are well-priced, I have 95% occupancy and I average 40 views/day. I'm happy because I'm making a good income and I am providing a service to budget travellers.
But I just don't think it is possible to become a superhost. I don't have problems like noisy guests. I don't have problems with guests not be able to take showers or cook due to scheduling conflicts.
My problem is ratings like this "Room was a very good price for the area. However, I had to share the bathroom, which was sub-optimal"
Any hostel owners out there who would like to share?
P.S. Haters please don't respond
