Bookings Significantly Down

Hi, 

I have been using airbnb for a number of years, however I am finding that this year bookings have been very quiet. 

I normally find this time of year is the busiest, with bookings coming in for both the summer and Christmas time. We have gone from gettting a booking every 2/3 weeks, to none in 2 months.

Could anyone help/shine a light into how I could improve the listing? Anything that has worked well for you when hosting?

I am an experience host and have noticed a sharp decline in bookings for this summer.  Usually I am booked up by now, however this year it's as if a switch has been turned off.  Very few bookings.....

Hello everyone,

I will agree with the last post.

I went from 600 views a month to 14.

Booked all year long 3-5 days every week of every month 

to 0 bookings for the month of June 2022.

I feel in my case it changed once the new platform came into effect.
