@Zach3 As developers get into the short term rental business, there have been many cities that enacted restrictions on short term rentals that can make the investment less optimal. This is a world wide reaction to the perception that such development impacts the long term rentals and the quality of life for full time residents. San Francisco, New York, Palm Springs, Paris, Amsterdam are a few cities that have gone that route.
