@Paul63 Unfortunately, no. Whatever your cancellation policy is right now will apply to all confirmed reservations regardless of the dates involved. If you want to set a strict cancellation policy you can do so at any time so you might set it closer to the dates where you have big events and the like. That said, it's hard to anticipate when you will receive reservation requests for those dates.
Since you can change your policy at any time, perhaps you should change it seasonally? This is probably as clear as mud, but I hope you get my drift. 🙂
