So I just had a guest instant book and in their message tell me that they've selected their specified check in time. Immediately I'm thinking WTF!!! A guest can't pick a check in time... but guess what! They can. It came through in the email confirmation (in this case the guest will arrive between 7-9) -- but it does not show ANYWHERE else. I rarely read the confirmation emails because I'm always on the website and review all details there.
Anyone else have this happen to them? Fellow hosts, start reading your confirmation emails, if you're like me and trashed them because everything is on the site.
Don't get me wrong this feature should have been added years ago, but adding WITHOUT telling hosts?!?! That's insane. Implementing a feature that only shows in email, well that's just ludicrous.
