Chunks taken out of carpet! Candle wax

Hi there-

I have just noticed a chunk of carpet cut / burnt out.... It looks as though candle has dropped down and wax has been split and now someone has cut the wax out. This is a new and very expensive carpet. To be totally honest I can't confirm that it was the last guest. What do I do?

@Jacqui4 It's awful when you just find out something like that and can't pinpoint the offending guest.  Do you have private insurance?  That would be my next place to go.
