Contact AIRBNB after false listing

Hi

It's been a week now since I was supposed to be staying in a condo located downtown Toronto, only to have found out that the listing was fake and that my credit card had been fully charged for the stay.
The room was occupied by two other girls who explained to me that they had been renting the same airbnb for the weekend, but under the name of a different host, with a different phone number.
Unfortunately, I was the one who was scammed. The alleged "host" never responded to my messages, and I've sent a request for $379 CAD, which is not even the full amount that I paid for the weekend.

How do I contact airbnb and get all of my money back?

Are you saying this was 1 week ago??!?

if you're having grave issues you should call air right away. They would flag the listing and help you find another spot or give you a refund.

However, if you've waited 1 week I doubt there's much they'll do.

Have you reported the listing and flagged the profile? I really hope you have.

Dispute the charge with your credit card company.  If you can show you never received the service you paid for you should be refunded by the card company and they will charge back Airbnb.
