Contacting Airbnb/ cancel or contact guest

I have an urgent medical problem and am booked for surgery monday 6th March which is also the day guests are expected for 2 days. I have messaged the guests who booked several months ago and more than 24 hours later have not heard back from them. I think I should cancel their reservation but Im worried they may not receive the notice either. I cannot find a way to contact airbnb, help please as im stressed and a bit pannicky.

Contact Airbnb right away.  If you qualify for the Extenuating Circumstances exception to cancellation, they will be the ones who will make the decision.  Additionally, they will work with the guests to help them get rehoused or refund their money.  You will want to follow the instructions provided to you by Airbnb when you talk to them.
