Contemplating rate increase

If I raise my rate, will that affect reservations that have already been made? I do not want current guests-to-be to impacted, just future guests. Thanks, Kendra

Hi @Kendra1,

No, raising the rates will not affect the other guests who have confirmed reservations.  Once a guest confirms, the rates, cancellation policy, security deposit and house rules are locked in for that guest.  The rate increases will only affect those with new reservation inquiries or reservation requests.
