Customer inquiry does not reflect the number of guests in her party, although I told her she has to
a potential guest I gave a pre apporval to has only put down one guest, but I realized that she indicated she wants to bring 6. I told her she has to declare all six ( the charge goes up per guest after 4) can I change the amount of guests or am I stuck...I think this is a glich, since they can say they only have 1 or two people and then bring a lot more..
You can send a request for modification if she already booked or special offer if she did not book yet.
She MUST accept the alteration because the number of guests must match the the number who come in. Otherwise the airbnb insurance will not cover the reservation.
The same thing has happened to me. I've sent a special offer that she says she approved, but the reservation shows no change in the number of guests or the new, higher price. I just went to the resolution center and the change, but the reservation remains unchanged.
