Delay in payment to my paypal account

Hello, Usually I receive confirmation and payment into my paypal account within 24 hours of departure.  My guest's payment of 15/3/16  has not been deposited into my paypal account.  On the airbnb website the transaction is still sitting in the "future transactions" window.  Can anyone tell me how I can contact airbnb direct to sort this out?  Kindly Desma

Welcome to the Community Center. It may be that the payment to you has been slightly delayed. If you use the search bar at the top of the page in the CC, and type 'contact' you will find many discussions on how best to reach the Support Team. Alternatively, there is a very useful Community Help Guide created by a host here in the CC.
