Demand for beach community stays has been since since Labor Day

Any of you host stays along the coast?  How is demand from September through April?

I'm on the west side of Los angeles, close to Malibu. I wasn't sure what to expext after the summer tourist season. Welll now I know. There has definitely been a drop off in bookings. I was booking about 20 days a month in July and August -- And that's while only accepting a minimum of 2 night stays and leaving myself with a day of prep time before and after guest stays. For the last month I've only booked 11 nights. I should have closed shop for the year after labor day. Not a big deal though. I only plan on doing this Airbnb thing during the Summer months.
