Does Plus Take bigger %?

We’ve been stalling on doing Plus for several reasons and are still very leary. They are still courting us, and it seems they’ve listened to some feedback (they’re inserting quotes and photos from hosts— def an improvement over their homogenized 3 lines of copy)... but, given the fact that it is difficult to speak to a human before the photographer shows, can anyone tell me what the increase in % is in the Airbnb service fee for bookings? Also, is anyone out there happy with the program? I feel like ecofairtrade shipping containers might be a bit too unique for the bill and something (read: almost everything)  might be lost in the translation... TIA, everyone.

Atlanta seems to be leading the US in planning regs if you can have two additional units and build them out of shipping containers. Seattle requires foundations and limits to one per lot 😞
