Does anyone else think airbnb price tips are way out for syndney feb 2106

The price suggestions are a hot potato and many think they lead to prices being dumped.  For me personally, I cannot even make a profit if I lowered my prices to the level they suggest, so I stick to my fixed price hoping this will keep the average up.
