Failure of Airbnb to payout after successful ID verification

Hi all

had an ID verifcation from Airbnbn 3rd Jan which I completed (driver's licence etc) and got successful completion email back from Airbnb but now alll my payouts are in limbo again - this happened last year and took weeks to resolve.

Abysmal customer response from Airbnb, now up to at least 6 escalations and no response.

Any suggestions please?
