Hello,
I have a guest that was originally due to stay this weekend on the 8-10 April.
However my guest kindly contacted me to advise due to personal issue they are unable to attend this weekend and requested to change to the 13 -15 May. Which we are very happy to do.
However when making the change in error I incorrectly submitted the wrong dates as 13-15 April. So I went back in to change again to the correct dates which I did yesterday and again today. However my calendar is still showing the original booking dates for 8-10 April.
My guest also advises that they have not recieved the email confirmation advice for the new booking dates?
Is their anyway this can be checked as we would love to have these guests stay with at our apartment.
Any help you can offer would be very welcomed as we do not wish our guests to recieve a cancellation fee or be inconvenienced.
