Hi,
I recently arrived back to our apartment and discovered that a cat has been staying at our airbnb. Our rules are no pets. My airbnb guest obiviously broke the rules. I know a cat was here after hours of cleaning the furniture and finding a cat toy under our bed. My husband is allergic to cats and it was very uncomfortable for him. I also discovered my french press glass spihon is missing. I'm assuming they broke it because the frame is still there.
I tried contacting the guest. No response. They stayed at our apartment for 6 weeks, we had great communication, but now nowhere to be heard. How can I get my items to be replace? And possibly a cleaning fee for the cat violation (cleaning fee)?
