Guest cancels after he checked-in

I have had a guest cancel after being in my property of 2 days and simply leave. No comunication with me and nothing from airbnb until I receievd an email from airbnb about 20 minutes after trhey had gone. I called airbnb to be total that I will only be getting 136 euros even though they are supposed to pay out the day after checkin..? Daily rate is 315 euros per days .... How do I stand legally.? Can I pursue airbnb if I can prove the guects have lied,?

What did Airbnb say when you called them about this.


Either a) they let them cancel under extenuating circumstances b) the guest said there was a problem with the property in which case they should have given you the opportunity to resolve before accepting the cancellation.

 

In your shoes I would call them and ask.
