Guest checking into the wrong property

I am on the same street as another property (not owned by me or any connection with me) with a similar name - we were here first 

(we are Camberley and they are Kimberley) further confusion is caused by my name being Kimberley which shows on my listing.

Also aided and abeted by the taxi companies who repeatedly deliver my guests to them and vice versa.

 

Today 85 year old lady who was tired was delivered to them and they despite not using air and having no reservation for her and full well knowing I am here as a fully named and signed Bed and Breakfast scooped her up and charged her - so she has now been charged twice

 

She said she got a text from us via the automated sytem which again added confusion as said "staying with Kimberley" which is me

 

Have decided from now on will email every guest with "please be aware there is a Kimberley Hotel just up the street from us and the taxi drivers tend to deliver my guests there etc" but how to deal with this situation? I have waited in for her and non of this is really my fault as our profile picture is also very clear and very different (ie 80 bed white hotel VS small bed and breakfast) but feel this will reflect badly on my air score if I don't refund but don't see why I should be out of pocket either - any suggestions?

@Alexis3 If I were you, I'd simply change my name in my profile. Use a middle name or a nickname. Or just "Kim". And I'd still add the text you mentioned pointing out the potential for error.
