Guest's cancellation

Guest booked and canceled then he asked me the separate arrangement from airbnb strict cancellation policy.  He asked me my bank account and I regected. But continuously he asked me via chattting and text msg to avoid stict cancellation policy( can't refund one day before) now he told lies to airbnb help office. He pretended re check in and said insulting words to me. Still he is making excuses telling lies that not happened btw us. Even he didn't check in he is saying my amenities were not ready like pics
