Guest wants to leave early with refund

Hi, my guest wants to alter his reservation from 22 days to 9 days because he already found long-term apartment (he's already been in my place for 4 days). My policy is moderate, ie he will be refunded 50% of the money. That is all ok but how to execute it on AirBnB? He still has 5 more days to stay in my place before leaving but I'd like to get the rest of the days freed on my calendar so that they can bet booked.

Hello @Spassen0. The guest should initiate the cancellation and, according to the policy, they should be refunded 50%. Calendars are freed in such cases (like in the case of other cancellations unless you request otherwise).
