Guest wants to switch rooms

I have a guest that is with me now. She wants to switch rooms (I am renting two rooms in my home). I have no problem with the request but do want to list the room she will be vacating and reserve the other for her but do not want her to be penalized. Any insight on how to do this seemlessly without having to do refunds or have her charged for a cancellation would be appreciated.

Go into the reservation and select Change or Alter Reservation. Then from the listing drop down menu, select the room you want. The proposal is emailed to her and she accepts.
