Host Cancellation of booking

I approved a guest booking. However 10 days before the booked date, my condo unit management issue a memo that the whole building wont have a water supply for 3 days. Is there a way that I wont have the auto reply feedback regarding the cancellation? The disruption of water supply is out of my control.

Hi @Kristine5,

 

I would contact Airbnb and see if they will cancel this reservation and re-home the guest under "extenuating circumstances" in which you will not be penalized for.
