Host-Friendly Tiny Home?

I make and sell portable tiny homes from shipping containers, and I'd like feedback on how to make them more suitable for use as a rental-ready unit. What would you want a second unit to include to make hosting easier and/or make the listing more attractive to potential guests?

With the option to buy off-grid and on-wheels, I'm hoping I can fit the same basic unit into a variety of jurisdictions' (vague) rules on additional units.

Have you considered adding a tiny home as another unit? Why / why not? If so, would you rather rent or buy one?

The prototype unit I listed for rent parked on the street has made over $800 in January, so I've got a little evidence some guests are interested:)

I don't know, maybe there is a market for just about anything in this world, and possibly this sort of fits that category!

For $42au per night this listing is way, way short on value and I would not consider staying in it in a fit. I shudder when I see that wafer thin mattress straight on what is a cupboard top. Not a sign of a toilet! I have seen listings that are half that price which provide triple the amount of space, access to a toilet and some semblance of a workable kitchen....and at least not parked in the street which I am sure most local authorities would not allow!!!

Like I said, maybe you do have a market but I am appaled at this because it brings the quality of Airbnb listings down to the lowest common denominator and just by being side by side with other listings makes us all look like money hungry sharks.

I admire your initiative in making your sales pitch look like a request for help here on the forum but really, it is just another sales pitch which the forum moderators should probaby consider removing!
