@Alice-and-Calvyn0 Alice you can snooze your listing but you cannot close it if you have any future reservations in place. Any bookings that you have will have to notified and relocated because technically your listing won't exist once you hand the property over.
As a verified ABB host and user you will be able to open another listing under your profile. Many ABB users host multiple properties under the one profile so this will not be a problem. As you are in New Zealand, best to go through the 64 4 4880 888 phone number and the staff will walk you through how to accomplish this.
But first of all you must have a 'clean slate' as far as your current property is concerned. If you have any, do not cancel guest bookings! This will reflect badly on you........ and do not aggree to allow ABB to cancel a guest booking on your behalf! That will be seen as a host cancellation and you will be penalised with your future hosting.
Explain to ABB that your property has been sold and ask them to relocate or refund any bookings that have not been fulfilled. It would be a courtesy to notify any reserved guests and inform them of your sale and explain that you are assisting ABB to best resolve any issue for them.
