How to change the address of my property

Hi everyone,

My home is located at a resort called Wintergreen.   When potential guests search for homes at that resort, they type in "Wintergreen."  When listing my property, I had to give it's actual address which is in a town called "Roseland."  My proprety doesn't show up when people search for Wintergreen because the address is in Roseland.  I have "Wintergreen" as a descriptor in the title of my property, but my house is still not showing up in the Wintergreen search.  Can someone help me?  I tried to call Airbnb and the lady that I spoke with could barely speak English and didn't understand my question.

I had a similar issue with my listing. I am in a suburb of Ft. Lauderdale and I show up for people searching in Miami (30 miles away) unless they search specifically using my zip code. Airbnb cs said they see my listing when search is with zipcode and that is all that matters to them. Ug!

This happened to me about 2 years ago. The post-code was showing 400 miles from my home. It is a known bug.... give them a ring 🙂

I am also listing in Wintergreen ... I put the town as Wintergreen, but I still get the question, "where are you located?" ... the "Wintergreen" name is blocked out until they book by Airbnb ... which is interesting ... I am getting bookings, so try listing Wintergreen as the city ... see if it helps.

Cary35 ... I am having trouble finding information on taxes when hosting at Wintergreen ... is it just the Occupancy Tax we charge as far as you know?  Thanks for any information on this topic as it relates to Wintergreen specifically.
