How to give additional discounts?

I had a request for a larger discount w/ a longer stay.  I have the listing set for a 15% discount at the weekly rate, but somebody wants an additional discount for 3 weeks.  We don't allow guests longer then 28 days so the monthly discount setting doesn't apply.  I am fine giving this guest a discount since its less work for me having one person for a longer time, just wondering how I issue the discount for this one customer?  Can I do it before they book?

You would have to do it by sending him a special offer, @Ned-And-Laura0 - calculate how much you expect from the quest including cleaning and send them the quote to accept.

@Marzena4 Hi I am in the same boat. I would like to give a discount for a stay but how do I do this. Where do I go on Airbnb? 

I have smart pricing on and a discount set for 7 nights. The guest is staying 6 nights.
