How to refund a guest with an amount more than the limit that the resolution center allows?

We had agreed to refund the guest after the fire alarm went off, but the amount is more than the Airbnb Resolution center allows, which is $39 USD. Does anyone know how to refund the guest for more than the maximum allowed? Thanks so much!

Hi @Cc1,

 

I am surprised that the resolution center will not allow you to refund more than $39 USD.  You might want to contact Airbnb to see what they can do on their end.  It does seem strange.
