I pre approved a reservation, but it is not "confirmed"

The guest says she tried to book but then her money was refunded. I pre approved her but never received notice of her confirmation. Now her booking shows up in my calendar but not under my reservations!

I suppose the payment has bounced during reservation and you may need help from airbnb to unblock your calendar.
