I updated the room charge and all the confirmed bookings disappeared

Hi all

I have accepted some bookings for Nov and Dec and now I want to update the room charge for the remaining nights only (not for the confirmed bookings). I chose the date range from 1/11/2016 to 31/12/2016 for the new price. However after I have updated, all the existing bookings disappeared. Has anyone had the same problem and how to fix that please?

Snooze your listing right away especially if you have instant book on with open dates that are actually booked!!  

Go to the drop down menu on the left side of the page under the airbnb symbol then change from "listed" to "snoozed".  

I have not seen this before so cannot offer much more than that.

@Diana164  Good suggestion, @Lisa293 for Diana to avoid double booking and cancellations.  After you do that Diana, contact Air BNB about the disappearing reservations.  I find Twitter to be an effective way to contact Air BNB, but if you want other options, here is a link to the community guide located on this site about contacting Air BNB.
