I've spent ages creating a guidebook but it doesn't appear on my listing and its sending me mad

This whole process is sending me nuts, I can't get an answer or get anyone to engage.  I've got guests asking me loads of questions I have answered in a really detailed guidebook but it doesn't appear on my listing and can't seem to find a reason or a resolution.  I've seen others on here with the same issue but no resolution or response, can anyone help please?

@Alistair-and-Jill0 We're in the same boat - I can only guess it's a glitch of some kind. Hope it will be addressed soon.

@Alistair-and-Jill0 Just after saying that, it has shown up on our listing! Scroll down to the map at the bottom and zoom out - are your points of interest there now too?

Yeah, thanks, but not shown as they were set up ie with places to eat, visit etc.  Really poor execution and a waste of time setting up in my book.  Thanks for getting in touch though, appreciate it

@Alistair-and-Jill0, yep, that's definitely a pain for you. In the meantime are you able to collate, cut and paste the info into "saved messages" which you can then forward?

would that work for you as an interim measure?

best regards, Christine.

Thanks again, we've done that though a couple of guests couldn't quite grasp following that link!  My main frustration remains, there is loads of detail there people can't see, Airbnb should sort it out and getting in touch with them is murder so not exactly sure where the millions we are all paying them is going, its not in supporting their hosts that for sure!

I am trying to Cut and Paste into the guidebook boxes by recommendatipns and it won't let me. The instructions say "click add" but there is no "add" button to click.

I have also tried to Print the Guidebook and just keep getting an error message.

I am getting ready to start my guidebook. Prior to our house being ready for listing, I have spent many hours creating a welcome book in another program. It includes EVERYTHING I can think of, so far, and runs about 30 pages (hyper links to local sites, etc.). Is there anyway I can just link that book into the guide book? or is that even a good idea?
