I want to offer local AirBnB hosts car rental discounts. Kosher or no?

Hello,

Simply put, I rent my personal vehicle through the online peer to peer vehicle sharing site Turo. I want to contact some of my local hosts to offer them the option of giving their visitors a discount on the car rental. Would it be rude of me to simply message a few local hosts and ask if they'd be interested? I'm hoping it's something that could be of value to both of us, but I don't want to have the effect of an annoying telemarketer calling at dinner either.

Most hosts find unsolicited offers bothersome. I would find other ways to connect with your fellow local hosts. Facebook groups, Craigslist, local host meet ups, etc.

Try it. Worst case is some are annoyed but others might be interested.
