ID verification with Chinese Guests

He has been several times now i was booked by guests from China with a phone number only or email when my listing require ID verification. I have contacted Support several time and said they see verification on their side but there is no thick on ID i just wonder if any host has a similar case.

He only happened with Chinese guests no other countries.

I recently received a request from a Chinese guest from mainland China. His profile name is a certified mobile user number.  It appears he is relatively new with AirBNB.  I have to ask him a series of questions such as his name, purpose of his trip, flight arrival time, if he had read the house rules, etc. and explained our check in procedure.

I also suggested that he should update his profile by putting his real name, not a certified mobile user number  XXX, so future AirBnB hosts would know he is who he is, .  He accepted my advice and updated his profile name promptly.
