Perhaps you need to consider that a travel booking company is going to have a high percentage of variables, that will (in many instances) require some sort of assistance. Airbnb, with 1 million hosts and 2 million + listings around the world would quadruple, or more, their rate of problem enquiry if they made contact information so readily available that hosts and guests would not first seek to solve their issues. Granted some other platforms may offer slightly easier contact information but Randolph, Airbnb have got where they are because they are the best at what they do....I know because I have used other platforms, and I can tell you now, some of them are a lot less contactable than ABB!
If you want to remove your listing simply because you have found it hard to find a phone number, fine! But Randolph I think you would be shooting yourself in the foot!
