In the midst of a hurricane

My guests who will be staying in my home next week have asked 'what recourse do they have should the home experience a power outage if the storm makes land fall'   ;  I am not sure what to answer as this has not been an issue up to now.  Any suggestions ?

@Gino26 - They can apply for a refund due to Extenuating Circumstances.  You also have the opportunity to apply to cancel a reservation based on the weather if necessary using Extenuating Circumstances as a reason.
