Inviting a co-host

Hi, I have sent several invitations to a friend so she can be my co-host. whenever she tried to accept the invitation the " I accept"button does not activate. What should she or I do? I have tried to get in touch with a specialist from AirBnb but they just keep asking me to wait and up to now i have yet to get an answer to my question.

I believe airbnb has removed the cohost program. You may see the button to click, however it is not leading anywhere.
