Airbnb keeps changing the unclear policy without warning!
We should be entitled to 25% of what we should have gotten. I have 2 bookings that were canceled. 1 was for just 2 nights and is definitely eligible. Where is that?
Under what Airbnb originally put out; I should be paid for the 2nd cancelation. It was for a full month. To suggest we have flexible cancellation policies and then to say you won't pay us if we do is complete bull**bleep**.
Then it was also encouraged we try to let guests reschedule for later times.
Because of Airbnb's lack of clarity and complete BS, our house is now vacant for April and May.
We were booked for 93% of 2019 because we weren't a super host due to having longer stays, no assistance?!
When is the funding Airbnb is telling people hosts will get coming?

Tell your CEO starting a live broadcast 15 minutes late is something an arrogant, self-obsessed individual does; completely disrespectful and a waste of time for those of us forced to sit around.
